Webinar – School of Business with the Theme “Let’s Talk about Entrepreneurship Students’ Creativity Program”, Universitas Diponegoro, 21 Nov 2020

One of the governments’ programs to improve the students’ creativity in Higher Education institutions is the National Students’ Creativity Program Competition. Entrepreneurship is one of the fields in the competition. This program is good for developing student’s potential entrepreneurship because it gives chance the students’ to realize their business proposal under the supervision of the lecturer. The UNDIP’s Faculty of Economics and Business students were expected to contribute more to the program especially the entrepreneurship field. The KKIB Business Incubator in collaboration with the Entrepreneurship Students’ Community held the School of Business program in order to help the students preparing the proposal for the competition. The Erasmus+ and Smart Project inspired the UNDIP Smart team to hold the activity.

Webinar “The Urgency of Legality for Startup and Businesses”, ITK, 21 November 2020

The Business Incubator of The Kalimantan Institute of Technology Technology (IBT-ITK) held a WEBINAR with the theme: The The Urgency of Legality for Startup and Businesses. The webinar presented the office of Investment and One-Door Integrated Investment (DPMPT-SP) Balikpapan City. DPMPT as the Presenter in the Webinar explained how the submission of Business Legality and terms that must be prepared by business actors. The webinar was attended by 47 businesses and prospective businesses. IBT-ITK not only targets businesses as webinar participants but also prospective businesses because sometimes many do not understand what the legality of the business and the importance and technical care of the legal. The webinar was held for approximately 3 hours with great enthusiasm from participants even though it was done online.

Webminar “Monitoring and Evaluating KIBM”, ITK, November 14, 2020

The manager of entrepreneurship activities of the Kalimantan Institute of Technology (ITK) held an internal Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) Student Business Innovation Competition (KIBM) 2020. This event was held to monitor and evaluate the implementation of student businesses that received grants from the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia through the National Achievement Center. Kibm which was first implemented this year was opened for three categories, namely: disability category, Academic, and Vocational.

This year, ITK sent as many as 10 student business proposals that have been running for at least 6 months. Two proposals were funded and received funding of a total of Rp 23,500,000,-. These funds are used by students to grow the business they run. The two groups that passed the KIBM funding are the Scylla Farm team, namely the egg crab cultivation business with the method of injecting the hormone tiroxine, and Dipasar.Online, a digital-based business that provides the daily needs of the community such as vegetables, fruits, fish, and others.

Webinar – Alumni Teaching Vol.1: The Role of Alumni on the Digital Business Development, Universitas Diponegoro, 7 Nov 2020

The Director of Communications and Alumni Relations in collaboration with the UNDIP’s KKIB Business Incubator held the webinar on Digital Business Development. More than 350 participants attended the event. Many questions were asked during the Question and Answer session. This activity is supported by the Erasmus + with the Smart Project which assists UNDIP in developing students’ entrepreneurs. After joining the workshop from the SMART Project, the UNDIP team has more inspiration in developing the students’ entrepreneurs in the Higher Education Institution.

Webinar – “What’s up UMKM”, Universitas Diponegoro, 31 Oct 2020

The growth of students’ entrepreneurship in UNDIP is getting faster thanks to the Erasmus + and the Smart Project support. The Preneurtalk 2020 was designed to improve the students’ critical thinking as well as public speaking and business skills. Two cases were discussed about the impact of the recession on the Small or Medium-Sized Business Enterprise (SMEs) and Omnibus Law Cluster for SMEs. This program had the theme ‘What’s Up UMKM?’ opened the students’ minds and knowledge about the situation faced by the SMEs in Indonesia. 59 participants attended the successful event.

Webinar – Startup Fest with the theme Helping Society through Startup, Universitas Diponegoro, 3 Oct 2020

Startup Fest is an online national webinar with the theme of Helping Society through Startup. It was held by the Students’ Entrepreneur Community of Faculty of Economics in collaboration with KKIB Incubator Business UNDIP on October 3rd, 2020 with a Zoom meeting. More than 300 participants attended the webinar. The event invited three business practitioners, Aryo Wiryawan as Founder & Chairman of JALA, Eva Bachtiar as Founder and CEO of GardaPangan, and Arif Fajar Saputra, Ibunda.id. The idea of the program is the fact that many students want to start their business startup but they do not know how to start it and compete in the global era. With the support from Erasmus+ and Smart Project, the UNDIP was able to implement the agenda of Startup Fest.
